SEEK Thailand only delivers within the region of Thailand free of charge for 4,000 Baht minimum purchase. There will be 100 Baht shipping fee for orders worth less than 4,000 Baht per 1 order.

Customers may go through SEEK Thailand return policy as follow:
1. Make a contact to SEEK Thailand’s customers service seekthailand facebook on 10.00 AM – 6.00 PM, Monday – Friday.
2. Fill up the return form (download link).
3. Return the product to the warehouse
SEEK Thailand will proceed through product checking after 3 days of products returned. Products must be in original condition in a sealed container. Products with inappropriate condition are forbidden to be returned and will be shipped back with customers having to pay for delivering fee within 7-14 days for both cases.
